Keith Willetts has many years senior level business experience in the communications industry and is widely regarded as one of the world’s leading authorities on the management of communications and information services.
He founded the TM Forum, an international trade association with 600 member companies in 65 countries where he currently serves as its Chairman & CEO. He is also a member of BT Technical Advisory Board; serves on the Advisory Boards for Intelliden & Tribold and is Managing Partner at Mandarin Associates Ltd.
He previously held a variety of executive positions at British Telecom in the UK, TCSI in California; Chairman of Comnitel Technologies in Ireland (now Vallent); Chairman, Evolved Networks in the UK; & Chairman, Appium in Sweden (now Aepona).
A regular presenter and writer, he co-authored the influential book, “The Lean Communications Provider”; attended MIT’s Sloan School of Management and is a Fellow of the UK’s.
