Von Wright is responsible for the alignment of IT strategy and investments with the overall strategies of the business. Mr. Wright also has responsibility for driving innovation across the enterprise; the ideation, design and development of highly usable self-service solutions; and both planning and delivery of the fifth largest data-warehouse in the world.
Mr. Wright is the founder of AT&T Mobility’s Human Centered Design (HCD) team. This small team uses observational, behavioral, and ethnographic research to discover unspoken customer/user needs and translates these discoveries into experience strategies, designs and solutions. This team works across all customer touchpoints to improve the experiences customers have in Cingular stores, call centers, on the web, in the IVR and with their handsets and services.
Prior to joining AT&T Mobility, Mr. Wright spent 12 years in consulting with stints at Sapient Corporation and American Management Systems (now CGI-AMS). While in consulting, Mr. Wright focused primarily on IT and business strategy for communications companies.
Mr. Wright holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior from Cornell’s Johnson School of Management as well as an MBA in International Management from Belgium’s Katholieke Universitat, Leuven. Mr. Wright also holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Wabash College. |
