Lisa Modisette

Modisette is a telecommunications and marketing management consultant with a background in customer insight and strategy. She is the author of Baskerville Telecom’s report, Mobile Customer Experience 2003-2007: How companies can survive in an evolving market (www.baskerville.telecoms.com/mobilecustomer/).
Ms. Modisette’s previous positions include Founder and Principal Consultant for Info Insight Ltd, Managing Director of European Operations for Lightbridge and Director of Telecommunications Industry Marketing for Metaphor (an IBM subsidiary), along with numerous consulting engagements at Cingular, Vodafone, T-Mobile, Orange, MCI and so on. She is also a marketer, having done all aspects of marketing and communications at various times in her career – from product and direct marketing to planning and project management.
Modisette’s consultancy has included projects covering diverse marketing areas such as loyalty programmes and customer strategy, segmentation, customer lifecycle management, best practice database marketing, customer experience, contact management, CRM gap analyses, marketing planning and communications, product marketing and churn modelling. Modisette’s recent research area is in the mobile customer experience, and mobile loyalty & data services. She is a recognised expert in customer management (segmentation, churn, database marketing, loyalty & experience).
Ms. Modisette has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Colorado. She has a lengthy publication and public speaking list, including journals, international conferences and articles. She works from London, United Kingdom.
