Director for Service Operations at KPN
Karl is currently the Director for Service Operations at KPN. He is Responsible for development and operations of value added services for the fixed and mobile consumer and business markets in the Netherlands. The portfolio recently extended with amongst others VoIP, IPTV, hosted applications and IMS-based services. Former to this position Karl Heinz worked for Orange in product and IT development, and was in charge of Benelux operations for Priority Telecom.
Karl Heinz started his career in telecoms as an army officer and has been active in the industry now for 20 years.
